This is a signed and numbered limited edition print from an original watercolor by Howard N Watson (1929-2022), which captures the sunrise over the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Watson was an African-American watercolorist, illustrator, landscape artist, and teacher. Known for his impressionistic style, he often depicted the historical buildings, neighborhoods, streets, and iconic landmarks of the Philadelphia region. We’ve presented this piece in our archival and economically priced “Artist Special” package, with a painted bevel mat upgrade. by Eliot C | Aug 25, 2026 | Featured, Sample Gallery | 0 comments

In October 2018, writer Gina Tomaine penned an essay for Philadelphia magazine about the local popularity of tarot reading and astrology. Art director Alyse Moyer hired local illustrator James Boyle to design three Philadelphia-themed tarot cards. After the article was published, an overwhelmingly positive response spurred the creation of a full deck! This illustration for the “Moon” card shows the picturesque Philadelphia City Hall, and is archivally presented in a glossy blue moulding from Omega’s “Prism” collection and Tru Vue Museum glass. by Custom Picture Framer | Jan 15, 2024 | Featured, Sample Gallery | 0 comments
Swiss-German artist Paul Klee (1879-1940) had a highly individualized style that was inspired by expressionism, cubism, and surrealism. His oil and watercolor painting “Fish Magic” (c. 1925) showed off a mysterious and magical realm where the aquatic, celestial, and earthly realms intermingle. We archivally presented this print in a brushed silver moulding from Studio’s “Armour” collection and Tru Vue Museum glass. by Custom Picture Framer | Aug 17, 2023 | Featured, Sample Gallery | 0 comments
