Check out this piece of Atlantic City history! Captain Starn’s was a restaurant and bar that was active from 1940-1979. Most of the restaurant built overhanging the Atlantic Ocean … you could watch boats sail by as you enjoyed your meal! It also featured a gift shop, wishing well, aquarium, and a dock where they hosted their own sightseeing tours. Our client brought in these commemorative custom matchbooks from the restaurant that featured photos of her parents. We archivally presented them, along with the souvenir matches, in a matte black moulding from Studio with Bainbridge matting and Tru Vue Museum glass.
