Moscow's coat of arms is identified with the legend of “Saint George and the Dragon.” This rare Russian poster from 1990 depicts the knight hunting the mythological “Basilisk” surrounded by vignettes of the original capital city of Russia. We archivally framed this collector’s item in a gilded profile from Roma’s “Eleganza” collection, Crescent matting with a red hand-painted bevel, Kool Tack archival mounting, and TruVue 99% UV filtering Conservation glazing.
