In 1937, the “Wild Goose Tennis Tournament” was held in Wawa, PA. This signed Richard Bishop (1887-1975) print, coupled with the US postage stamp issued with the design, was the prize awarded to the winner! It came to us in its original frame and mat which was long overdue for an update. It’s now up to modern archival standards, and looks so much fresher with a new moulding from Larson Juhl’s “Lisbon” collection, Bainbridge mat, and Tru Vue Museum glass.
