This original illustration was created for our customers in celebration their 20th wedding anniversary. It features the couple’s birth woods, which are derived from Celtic tree astrology, shaping them into two “triquetra,” or Trinity knots. We’ve archivally presented this piece in a green patina wood profile from Fotiou, Crescent Brands matting with a hand painted black bevel, and TruVue 99% UV filtering “Conservation” glass.

“Bird Tree” is a 2024 signed and numbered etching by the Danish artist Mariann Johansen-Ellis, featuring a tree full of birds celebrating the return of summer. Etching is a printmaking process whereby a design is scratched into a coated copper plate, which is then submerged in an acid bath, leaving recessed lines that hold ink when printed. We’ve archivally presented the piece as a raised float mount in a gold beveled frame from Studio Moulding’s “Regia” line, Crescent Brands matting, and TruVue 99% UV filtering “Conservation” glass.

Lucas Joseph Reiner (b.1960) is an American painter, printmaker, photographer, and filmmaker. After a visit to Michigan in 2001, Reiner began to sketch and paint the trees of Los Angeles, noticing how each tree’s shape awakened a sense of personality and character of portraiture. We archivally framed this signed and numbered print in a walnut profile from Studio’s “Ramin” collection, museum float mount onto Decor’s “Essence” rag matting, and TruVue 99% UV filtering and anti-reflective “Museum” glazing.
