This is an original 1969 poster from Scholastic, promoting the adventures of reading! The Scholastic Corporation was founded in 1920 by Maurice R Robinson, and primarily published youth magazines. Since then, they have grown into the world’s largest publisher and distributor of children’s books, and are well-known for their school fairs and book clubs. We’ve archivally presented this piece in a walnut-toned profile from Studio Moulding, Crescent Brands mat, and TruVue 99% UV filtering and shatter resistant “Conservation” acrylic.

“Grand Love, The Sister Edition” is a signed, limited-edition print by Los Angeles-based artist Devin Wesley. Of the piece, Wesley writes: “This painting represents the power in self love and the curiosity of children, but I really wanted it to celebrate the significance of Black women in history.” We archivally presented the print in a black moulding from Roma’s “Eleganza” collection, with black core Crescent mat and Tru Vue Conservation Clear glass.
