This is a signed and numbered limited edition print by Philadelphia-based artist, Walter “Wally” Neibart (1925-2011). After graduating from the University of the Arts, he began doing commercial illustration for advertising agencies and business clients. Over the course of 6 decades, his work has appeared in a wide range of publications, from Playboy and Philadelphia Magazine, to billboards and local newspapers. In addition to his professional practice, Neibart taught drawing at the University of the Arts and at Moore College of Art.
