This is a giclee print from an original 1888 painting entitled “The Convalescent” by Finnish painter Helene Schjerfbeck. She completed this piece while residing in St Ives, Cornwall in Britain, and it soon thereafter earned her a bronze medal at the 1889 Paris World Fair! This work has remained one of her most important and, in 2006, it took second place by public vote as Finland’s “National Painting.” We’ve archivally presented this piece in a pecan toned wood profile from Studio Moulding, flax linen liner by Larson Juhl, and TruVue 99% UV filtering and anti-reflective “Museum” glass.

Titled “Gray Fox,” this is a signed and numbered giclee print from an original watercolor by Lucinda Woods. Having studied illustration and graphic design at Tyler School of Art, Woods captures the beauty of nature through her expressive watercolors. This piece originated from a series of photos of a fox … who showed up at her door one snowy morning! We’ve archivally presented this piece in a maple birdseye veneer moulding, double matting by Crescent Brands, and TruVue 99% UV filtering and anti reflective “Museum” glass.

We’ve presented this piece in a gold leafed scoop profile from Studio Moulding’s “Aria II” collection, Larson Juhl’s Artique matting, and TruVue anti-reflective “UltraVue” glass.
