Tammis Keefe (1913-1960) was a prolific textile designer who created colorful and eye-catching designs for tea towels and handkerchiefs. This particular one is signed as “Peg Thomas,” which was a way for retailers to sell her work when others had exclusive rights to her signed “Tammis Keefe” designs.
