From 1985 to 2016, the Manayunk Wall was legendary in the pro-cycling community! It was considered one of the most difficult obstacles in professional cycling because of its 17% maximum grade. Philadelphia artist Charles Cushing (b.1959) captures the spirit of the famous climb in this offset lithograph, which highlights the climax of the race as the cyclists surmount THE WALL!
