This beautiful work on panel is done by local Philadelphia watercolorist and oil painter Sandra Hoffman. It’s float mounted in a black wood moulding from Larson Juhl’s “Shutter” collection, which is manufactured from sustainably harvested and FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified timber!
