Penciled and inked by Daniel Warren Johnson, this page was created as the “B” cover for issue 5 of the “Vanish” comic series. First published by Image Comics in 2022, the series follows the former “Chosen One,” Oliver Harrison, who killed the greatest threat to the world as a child and now struggles as an adult to cope with the aftermath when the villains return pretending to be superheroes. We’ve archivally presented this page as a float mount in a “oxidized steel” wood profile from Larson Juhl’s “Colosseum” collection, matting from Artique (Larson Juhl), and TruVue 99% UV filtering and anti reflective “Museum” glass.

Drawn and inked by Ryan Ottley, this page was created for issue 34 of the “Invincible” comic, which follows Mark Grayson, a teenage superhero known as Invincible. Ottley was the primary artist for 127 issues of the comic’s 144 issue run and is now a consultant for the animated TV series. Ryan Ottley (b. 1975) is an American comic book artist and writer, best known for his work on Image Comics’ “Invincible” and Marvel Comics’ “Amazing Spider-Man.” Our customer brought in this c.2006 unpublished art originally destined for the cover of “Invincible #30” they won at auction. We’ve archivally presented the piece as a float mount in a matte black wood moulding with blue pinstripe from Furst Bros, Crescent Brands matting and TruVue 99% UV filtering and anti reflective “Museum” glazing.
