John Russell (1745-1806) was a British artist with a passion for the Moon! Russell made telescopic observations of the orbiting celestial body and created highly detailed pencil sketches of the lunar surface. We presented this reproduction of “Lunar Planisphere” in a silver profile from Larson-Juhl’s “Metalia” collection, Kool Tack mounting, and TruVue 99% UV filtering and anti-reflective “Museum” glazing.
