We recently completed framing a show for artist Matthew Borgen that was displayed at The Center for Contemporary Art in Bedminster, NJ.
Here’s a brief synopsis of Matt and his work:
Matthew Borgen removes individual 1930’s and 40’s era comics panels from their normal linear sequences and recombines them utilizing alternative strategies of organization. A native of Akron, Ohio, he is now a resident of Philadelphia where he is the Exhibitions Coordinator for Arcadia University.
It’s always rewarding to work with artists and to see the final product on display. The Artist/Framer relationship is a true collaboration, and we’re proud to help bring an Artist’s vision to fruition. Enjoy these photos from the show!
