“City Hall” is a limited edition photograph done by Wendy Concannon, who unfortunately passed away in July of 2022. We archivally presented this vivid piece in a pewter moulding from Larson Juhl’s “Spoleto” collection, rag matting, and Tru Vue Museum glass.
